Water sports complex «Solnechny», Irkutsk

A modern water sports complex «Solnechny» intended to international competitions and daily training was opened in Irkutsk. It consists of two pools and a multipurpose gymnasium, stadium tiers can receive more than 1 300 spectators.
«Sport Line» supplied and installed equipment for the water sports complex. The refereeing and timing system for swimming, water polo and starting platforms produced by SWISS TIMING, the global leader in design, production and maintenance of electronic refereeing and timing systems for sport competitions, was installed in the swimming pool.
Besides there was installed a mobile bulkhead that enables to transform the pool basin of the big swimming pool 50×25 meters.
The new complex is one of the key venues of the VI Russian-Chinese Youth Games 2015 that take place in Irkutsk 12-15 of July. In «Solnechny» will be held competitions in swimming and water polo.
